Five free nonograms, in every format.

Five nonograms that climb the range: an easy 8×8 and 12×12, a medium 14×14 and 17×17, then a 30×30 picture puzzle from the Halloween book. On the tablet files every puzzle gets its own full-page solution, and the pages are hyperlinked the way the books are: tap the index to reach a puzzle, tap Answer for the solution, tap Back to return. The print files gather the five answers onto one sheet, so the page you are working on never faces its own solution, and no clue column falls off the edge.

The layout is the one the paid books use, so the sample also tells you whether the clue numbers are readable at the size your screen draws them. If they look right here, they look right in the books.

A nonogram is the same puzzle as a picross, a hanjie, a griddler or a paint by numbers; the name changes by country. Number clues hide a picture: 4 2 on a row means a run of four filled squares, a gap, then a run of two. Every puzzle in the sample was machine-checked to have exactly one solution you can reach by deduction, so you never need to guess.
