Returns and refunds

Everything RiddlePortal sells in its Etsy shop is a digital download: PDF files you get as soon as you pay. Nothing ships, and a downloaded file can't be sent back, so the shop doesn't accept returns or exchanges.

If something is wrong

If a file won't download or open, or it isn't what the listing describes, write to us within 14 days of your order. We'll send you a file that works, or refund the order through Etsy if we can't fix it.

Email [email protected], or send us a message from your order on Etsy. Tell us the order number and what went wrong.

The paperback

The paperback collection is sold by Amazon, so Amazon's return policy applies to it. You start a return from your orders page on Amazon.
